Stupid Dubya Moments.

As we near the end of Dubya’s reign over the world (maximum terms ftw), we can
celebrate some of the high points of the great man caught on video.

This moron told the press his nickname for Vladimir Putin, leader of one of the world’s great powers, was “Pootie-Poot”. This man was elected twice! Americans are retarded and I am going to make a killing on this election on Betfair.
